Biography:

WE ARE INFLUENCERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH, WE ARE NOT CONSTITUTIONAL/ABSOLUTE MONARCHS, WE ARE SOVEREIGN, WE ARE NOT CROWNED, WE ARE TITLED INITIALLY, BUT WE ARE EQUALLY RESPECTED GLOBALLY WITH CROWNING OF MY DESCENDANT.

Being reared in The Nations Capital during a time of The Council of the District of Columbia is the legislative branch of local government established by the “District of Columbia Home Rule Act of 1973”, enacted by Congress and ratified by District voters was accomplished and being the richest black woman and family in The State Of Virginia, Queen Doctor ROMANDA, as titled and granted by congress a non-government employee candidate at time of titling but permanent from Article I | Section 9 | Clause 8 “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State” has embraced the next phase of life of generational American Royalty. Born from a line of Emperors and Empresses, Kings and Queens, Queen Dr. ROMANDA is the founder and chief executive officer of Giorgham Trademark, and Giorgham Foundation plus other sole proprietorship companies that researches and executes winning solutions. Queen Dr. Romanda was raised by a single mother who spent 41 years in service to the United States "Navy" military and the United States federal government agency with FEMA “Home Land Security DHS”. Her mother was a firm and direct woman who taught her the value of striving for excellence. She grew up understanding that her mother did not rely on anyone else for support and benefited from learning strong leadership qualities from her mother. “Don’t just do what you’re doing, Be the best at whatever you do,” is the motto Queen Dr. ROMANDA‘s mother taught her. As her career turns upward in success, The diplomacy and the rigor of being Queen Dr. ROMANDA, the first mixed titled American Queen reared in the Americas is accelerating but immensely rewarding. A title that will not be taken for granted nor advantage of by no one. This is a non-employee career position granted by US Congress with many faceted venues, very prestigious in its nature but humbling to the surface. This Queen's title is a life achievement with indefinite honor and privileges to an innocence serving as a Shadow Politician. Without being an Activist or USA Government Career Employee, my biggest negotiating milestone with the congressional leaders that provided another unplanned outcome for slavery with The “Reparations Now” act, as an influencer and shadow politician to conclude my one topic of help to a sector of American people.
