Being reared in The Nations Capital during a time of The Council of the District of Columbia is the legislative branch of local government established by the “District of Columbia Home Rule Act of 1973”, enacted by Congress and ratified by District voters was accomplished and being the richest black woman and family in The State Of Virginia, Queen Doctor ROMANDA Lee, as titled and granted by congress a non-government employee candidate at time of titling but permanent from Article I | Section 9 | Clause 8 “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State”  has led an amazing career as an executive advisor and project manager. Born from a line of Emperors and Empress, Kings and Queens, she is the founder and chief executive officer of Giorgham Trademark, and Giorgham Foundation Group companies that researches and executes winning solutions in a myriad of markets.  Queen Dr. Hammond was raised by a single mother who spent 41 years in service to the United States "Navy"  military and the United States federal government agency with FEMA “Home Land Security DHS”. Her mother was a firm and direct woman who taught her the value of striving for excellence. She grew up understanding that her mother did not rely on anyone else for support and benefited from learning strong leadership qualities from her mother. “Don’t just do what you’re doing, Be the best at whatever you do,” is the motto Dr. Hammond‘s mother taught her. As her career turns upward in success, Dr. Hammond  launched Giorgham Trademark Gorganizer, the Top Provider of Virtual Assistant.  The diplomacy and the rigor of being Queen Dr. ROMANDA Lee Hammond, the first mixed titled American Queen reared in the Americas is accelerating but immensely rewarding. A title that will not be taken for granted nor advantage of by no one. Acknowledging a gap for Executive support, Queen Dr. Romanda Lee Hammond has been advising Executive C-Suites and Senior Leadership members for over 24 years.  Deriving from a business, government and research acumen while scrutinizing complex queries and theories in a myriad of professional fields, Queen Dr. Romanda Lee Hammond provided strategic coaching techniques to develop winning solutions and outcomes to Corporate Governance, Government Governance, Global Business Research, and Christianity Theory and Spiritual/Natural Wellness. Queen Dr. Romanda Lee Hammond exudes active listening, building trust, asks open-ended questions, provides effective goal-settings, encourages successful outcomes, fosters engagements with goals, provides support on the development journey and provides constructive feedback that concludes in optimism and efficiencies.  Knowing there are seven types of coaching techniques, Queen Dr. Romanda Lee Hammond executes all depending on the client’s warrants, at hand.  They are as follows: Humanist Coaching, Adult Development Coaching, Cognitive Coaching, Positive Psychology Model For Coaching, Systemic Coaching, and Goal-Oriented & Adaptive Coaching.  These capabilities fostered my new and accelerated title as USA Queen by Congress.  This is a non-employee career position granted by US Congress with many faceted venues, very prestigious in its nature but humbling to the surface. This Queen's title is a life achievement with indefinite honor and privileged to an innocence. Without being an Activist, Lobbyist, USA Government Career Employee, nor Politician, my biggest negotiating milestone with the congressional leaders that provided another unplanned outcome for slavery with The “Reparations Now” act.  I am elated to also announce that with much State Of Virginia research and comprehensible knowledge and awareness my gap analysis and feasibility studies revealed to the government the disparities in economic growth between the North, Central and Southern corridors of the State of Virginia. Today, the state of Virginia’s three corridor’s economic divergence has been marginal reduced reflecting growth and financial stability in all three Virginia state corridors with additional marginal closures to come. It was a pleasure being apart of a winning government team to position the State of Virginia for success.
